Especially Blé chooses varieties of three coffee families selected by hand bean by bean at their appropriate maturity period. It chooses varieties of Central and Latin America which are famous for mild and sweet taste and rich aroma, from Africa and Middle East with aroma of fruits and flowers and strong character and from the countries of the Indian Ocean and Indonesia with special aroma of spices, dry fruits and rich body.
Their Italian torrefattore chooses and combines coffee beans in correct analogy and when roasted at the ideal time he creates blends of superior quality, complicated, rich in aroma with vibrant freshness.
Like at its pastries and breads Blé΄s concern for the coffee products is to highlight the balance of tastes.
