“Pig A Sauce” started as an idea to bring the culinary traditions and flavors of the town of Florina, to Thessaloniki. The specialization on our product, which is the traditional “Kebap”, along with our other offerings in our menu, as well as the style of our store, have been influenced from food stands across the world, but always honoring Greek quality, freshness and tradition.
Our “Kebapakia” are a handmade traditional Greek delicacy which are made with a combination minced meat from mainly pork, as well as beef and lamb. Our “chick and roll” are a Pig A Sauce exclusive item, and are “Kebapakia” but with 100% chicken minced meat.
Both our meat offerings can be enjoyed in portions, as well as sandwiches with freshly baked sandwich, pita, or Cypriot pita bread.
Our “Potat’ oven” are oven baked jacket potatoes, which we serve with any of our delicious sauces, and are a perfect match for our meat servings.
The “sauce” part of our name could not be justified without an assortment of sauces to compliment our offerings. With emphasis on freshness and tradition, we offer 100% biological sauces with a base of Florina’s red peppers, which various level of spiciness, as well as a variety of sauces that we make in-house, with the freshest ingredients, always bearing in mind our consumer oriented values towards quality.
